UNIQUE “ICON” :
Cost effective blades with positive & neutral rake angle tooth design for cutting variety of material. M-42 edge provides high heat resistance giving extremely good tool life. Specially developed backing material alloyed with chromium gives excellent durability. Suitable for cutting steels (M-42, 67-69 HRC).
Tooth Design K = Hook Tooth with positive rake angle, N = Neutral tooth with 0* rake angle. Standard pitch blades are available on request.

  

UNIQUE “ACE”
The high performance saw blade has been specially designed to cut variety of material, including Stainless Steel, High alloy steel & Tool Steel. The long lasting backing material is developed with Chrome. The teeth are made of alloyed HSS with 8% Cobalt & 10% Moly (M-42, 68-69 HRC). Also available in M-51 grade for sawing tough material with teeth having 10% Cobalt & 10% Tungsten (69 HRC).

UNIQUE “JAGUAR”
Created from powder technology (ASP) has very high hardness on to the tips of teeth and higher resilience compared to usual high speed steels. These properties enable 30% grater cutting feed as compared to other blades (70 HRC).
 
 
 
UNIQUE “CARBIDE”
Carbide tipped band saw blade is essentially used for sawing tough alloys such as Cobalt, Nickel, Zirconium and Titanium based metal with extremely good surface finish. Higher cutting rates can be achieved in cutting Stainless Steel, High Alloy And Tool Steels.
