Alfa 150 can perform automatic CNC punching and shearing tasks on flat bars that range from 25×4 mm to 150×10 mm/100x 12 mm width. The maximum diameter that it can punch is 31 mm. Its punching and shearing force can attain 640 kN. Its punching unit is equipped with two punches. Its shearing unit has an anti-torque system that avoids deformations when cutting materials.
Alfa 500
Alfa 500 can perform automatic CNC punching, marking and shearing tasks on flat bars that range from 50×5 mm to 500×20 mm width. The maximum diameter of its CNC punching unit is 40 mm. Its punching and shearing maximum force is 1100 kN. Its shearing unit has a hydraulic hold down and clamping squaring guides.
Alfa 500-150
Alfa 500-150 has the same power and size features as Alfa 500. But it has an additional vertical wing punching unit that can punch diameters up to 31 mm with a punching force of 600 kN. It has a hydraulic hold down and a hydraulic servo valve positioner.
Alfa Plus
Alfa plus consists on two machines that can perform automatic CNC punching, marking and shearing tasks over flat bars. These machines are Alfa 500/165T and Alfa 500/220T. The maximum diameter of their CNC punching unit is 40 mm. Their punching and shearing force maximum capacity is 1100 kN. The differences between them are the maximum flat bar thickness, 25 in the Alfa 500/165T and 35 in the Alfa 500/220T, and their punching force, of 1650 kN in the Alfa 500/165T and 2200 kN in the Alfa 500/220T.
